Yuzu doesn't use all your cores. What matters is the single thread performance rating. Your STR is 2664. For more demanding games like TOTK there isn't much you can do to improve performance. You can try lowering the resolution. I wouldn't recommend trying to run the game at 60fps with your CPU. Keep it at 30fps.

When selecting the Vulkan API, the FPS is pretty good but you get these graphical artifacts everywhere. OpenGL is there and it does fix it but it comes at the cost of a fucked up framerate. Also no this isn't a device issue. Played a ton of Resident Evil 4 (2023) and Forza Horizon 5 just fine.

You should always have both Yuzu and Ryu. For instance, I run pokemon, Smash, Kirby on Ryu without issue, but get FAR better performance on Yuzu for TOTK, Pikmin 3, Mario Odyssey, and more. This will vary between game and PC, and combination of both, and throwing bigger and bigger specs at it isn't going to fix things more often than not.
