i genuinely believe vlad has more agency to help secure the first scuttle than katarina because you should be able to control the wave & give her a bad wave state where she has to sacrifice HP every time she wants to cs which makes her less likely to want to help her jungler. TLDR; overall you want to be a bully don’t let her breathe.
