If you can keep bonus for all stages then u get two aya at the end as a reward sometimes. Middle stages give aya too. Only difficult stage in public is that grineer squad one. Because in pubs sometimes u get even high MR idiots who keep killing everything before things can spawn, making that stage last way longer.
