Yuzu EA 3589, 60fps, black screen fix, cutscene fix, Xbox UI, and a bunch of other graphics/visual fixes from the collection in the OP. Looks and runs great on my old PC (1070, 6700k) even in the depths. The Dynamic60fps++ mod will allow up to 60 fps. If your cpu can't handle it then it will run below 60, but it won't slow the clock time. (No slow-mo effect) Intel i9. It just seemed like the mod doesn't work at all. I'll try activating both static 60fps & dynamic to see if it changes.
