Surgetrader use 8cap as broker. And a server with a ping of 170 ms or higher gives you not a good performance for trading. You can scalp if you pay for not placing a stop-loss.

Surgetrader is by far the best prop firm around. This isn't my opinion these are just facts. I am a profitable trader in my personal account.
