As a follower, sure. Keep in mind Bethesda was trying to give this character a backstory and motives. Giving the player the option to cure her is supposed to be the culmination of an entire storyline's worth of character development.

You can let her turn you into a vampire. They won't attack you and as long as it happens afterwards of you actually being vampire checked by Isran then you don't even have to do a quest to get it cured. She hasn't after a long while and I looked and found her uncured in falions hut only saying something like I have to do this alone.
