There's black mold and mildew that affected employees with asthma. A rat infestation that was unmanageable, the rats would be found in dogs runs dead and half eaten. I would not recommend this job to anyone that is trying to build a career in animal care.Adoption Policy. home checks are a must. all adults of the household must sign a contract agreeing to the adoption. background checks. no de clawing or putting outside. vet references. if family can not care for animal it comes back to rescue. a medical contract so if they cant afford medical it comes back to rescue.
