The club sections in the Majestic Elegance and Majestic Colonial are adult only, but there are still kids throughout the rest of the resort. The Colonial has more kids than the Elegance by far. Based on what you want, I think Breathless would be a better fit for a solo travel in their 30s out of the 3 resorts.

The only drawback is that it is a little further from your rooms if you are on the standard Majestic Colonial side of the resort. If you're on the Club side, it's quite close.
