Hi all, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can’t get any help on fixing it. My red light for cat timing does not come on and it will not cycle unless I press the button. I replaced the DFI sensors a few month back but I don’t think that’s the problem.
