I ran a 6AN pressure line from the LS regulator to the engine and completely removed all of the Jeep fuel system. I also made the short return like Novak suggests.Ditch the teed return line. That isn't doing you any good. Now connect it to the vent fitting that vents the rear (tallest) part of the tank so that the fuel is actually circulating back to the tank. Now connect the front tank vent to the main tank vent high up in the fender near where it joins the filler neck.

It's a 1990 Wrangler but the block numbers on the 258 say it's from the late 70s. Looks like its been swapped at some point with some nice headers, intake manifold, and carb. The reason the manufacturer went to an electric pump was because of fuel injection. The mechanical pump is easy to change if it fails, which it seldom does.
