I believe your only source will be the random focus engram once you finish all the Warmind nodes since the specific weapon focus is exclusive to the season. At that point I'd just get the Seasons pass LOL.

Voltshot also benefits more from subjunctive being faster firing as you want to pepper jolted targets to get the arc damage to proc faster.
