Go to the main folder, Elden Ring then Game folder, toggle anti cheat bat will turn off anticheat then you will see a .exe called startt game in offline mode .exe. Sucks if you want to play MP but Ive gone over this many times trying to solve it. Its the Anticheat. It keeps flagging Elden Rings own files as problems.
