After clearing customs, I bought a SUBE card at the "25 Horas" kiosk and then went directly to Taxi Ezeiza where I charged the taxi to CC ($22 USD).Only use Banco de Nation for currency exchange when at Buenos Aires (EZE) airport. Now we use a private place down the street but 5 a Sec is just fine.
