I would say about 10 to 15 minutes. Cross Flamingo Rd. and enter Bally's and go thru the connecting walkway between Bally's & Paris. At 9:00 p.m. it is usually very busy on the street so very safe. Bally's & Paris are connected inside so you wouldn't have to go outside to get there. Report inappropriate content.
10. Re: Paris ...looking for recent honest reviews. The Paris hotel is the one we have stayed in the most with Mandalay Bay being the second most. The restaurants have changed over the years and our favorite cafe is gone, but there are many places, including down the walkway connecting to former Ballys.
