Some good options have already been offered up but I thought I'd mention Void. It isn't necessarily a fast fight, but Void doesn't need to touch his opponent to apply the Debuffs he needs to do his damage. If I'm feeling impatient, I'll sometimes rush to an SP1 just to get a Debuff on Electro to get the damage going a bit earlier.
