Alright I need some help. I’m looking to put together an LMT mars-L lower and KAC 11.5” SR-15 CQB MOD 2 upper. My LGS has an LMT MARS-L 16” rifle and SR-15 11.5” uppers on order that I could get.I’m thinking of buying the 16” LMT complete rifle, ordering the KAC 11.5” upper, and replacing the stock with a brace (maybe replacing the buffer tube kit) …Shot really well. Cycled just fine. So I have yet to take it to the range on another lower that I have with a LMT buffer kit system. But without the suppressor it was FTF over and over. With the suppressor on, the buffer system on the hbpdw worked just fine. The ammo was low gas. Seemed clean.But the LMT Piston 12" that I have just uses the LMT buffer assembly with their H2 weight and a hot white sprinco and it runs like butter (suppressed / non suppressed).
