I'm pretty sure they stated that you'll be able to just buy the other exotic glaive patterns once you get your first, but I forget when it's supposed to happen. I played enough Wellspring back in the 1st season of Witchqueen to unlock all the legendary patterns. I have also done weekly Master Wellsprings until reaching Pinnacle cap in each season. And I still only have the one Exotic Glaive that I unlocked through the quest. Whatever the drop rate for the remaining two patterns is, it's way too damned low.
