Act 2 was about 20 hours though ATM I'm not sure if act 2 was gonna end when you leave the shadowlands or if it's gonna continue with a bit with the road to baldurs gate (like how underdark continued after the crash site and still counted as act 1. I'm at 45 hours now, having finished shadowlands and moonrise tower.
