It runs pretty good on the RGB30, I would say get the RGB30 since you can hook it up to an external display, a Bluetooth controller and treat it like a mini console. To me, my devices are great and I had little to no issues since I was modding them anyway. I still have JelOS on a different SD card but now I run ArkOS.

arkos all day every day, especially because of the rgb30 issues with sleep. with arkos, enable quick mode, configure single tap of the power button to shut it down, and you mitigate power drain while still retaining something that feels like sleep. arkos also seems to deliver better n64 and dreamcast performance. I had real issues with JELOS on the RGB30, same as others. It was generally unstable, the time to start a game was inexplicable, the inability to power down with the power button etc etc. I spent a lot of time using MinUI, which was really good, but very limited (purposefully).

Once ArkOS is setup to use the second sd slot for roms and games, your main sd card and your roms sd card must be in the unit for ArkOS to boot. This process will NOT copy any of your roms, games and saves from the main SD card to the secondary card. It will just create the structure for you.
