Turned the app off for about 20 mins and it started working again. Wouldn't recommend this while you're working though. The last requirements, a valid driver's license or photo ID and a profile photo, need to be uploaded in the Driver app within 14 days of your first delivery. If they're not added to your account by then, you'll be unable to go online until that's done. I do however get trips with surge. The only way I can tell if it's surging is by checking the pax app to see if fares are higher. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing.
