Each boss was about 5 phases. In season 20, the void builds are much better. Nowadays with golden gun and star-eaters, you can three phase Akelos easily. For the climb up and Persys, Id probs go strand. Woven mail is Suuuuper good and strand hunter can 2 phase the final boss with super and a grenade launcher.
