I will be mainly using it for home protection and gun range, I will probably never carry it with me. I appreciate your guys time and patience, Brian. hauki. Save Share. X carry was discontinued by Sig. The x carry was a 3.9 barrel with a “full” size version of the x compact grip. The x compact is a 3.6 barrel with a “compact” grip for magazine size. I’ll make comparisons to Glock since they’re known regardless of opinions on them. The X-Compact has a higher cut under the trigger guard, and under the beaver tail. I like a high grip, so that's great. On the other hand, the Xgrip has a little flare at the toe of the grip, as a baby magwell. That annoys me to no end.

Honestly though, I will 100% be getting the 365 XL down the line as my EDC because I liked it that much. Edit: One of the other major deciding factors for me between the 320C and X-compact was the barrel length. P320C has a 3.9 inch barrel while the X has a 3.6 inch. For reference, the 365 XL has a 3.7 inch barrel.
