Using the pawn commands too much can influence inclinations. There isn't a way to stop the changes, it can be slowed though. Most of us just keep a close watch for changes. Using the elixirs in varying amounts seems to help too. For a Util/Mit/Chal pawn, try: 3 Chal elixirs, 5 Mit elixirs, and 7 Util elixirs in that order.

The single worst I have seen was guardian/pioneer on a fighter pawn matched with a ranger arisen. As a general rule, guardian on anything.
