He decided that for an upcoming math he wanted to shoot it with the stock sights. I had read about some issues with the adjustable rear sights and wondered if this one would be subject ... I'm thinking about putting a red dot sight on my Ruger MkIII Hunter, which has a 6-7/8" barrel. I need some recommendations on the best speed holster to use with that kind of set-up. Works fairly well but the channel should be more squared off to fit the rail that comes with the Mk III Hunter. It also does not fit the Hunter's clips very well. The clip pocket is too snug against the outside of the holster for the wide base on the clips. May be great with earlier clips with narrow bases.
