Description. QUICKSILVER 835290Q1 Flo-Torq II Delrin Drive Sleeve. Flo-Torq II hub kit 835290Q1 is for use in Mercury or Quicksilver propellers for 75 hp Mercury 2-cycle outboards (1984 and newer), 90 hp and 115 hp Mercury 2-cycle outboards (1978 and newer), 125 hp Mercury outboards (1994 and newer) and Mercury Verado outboards.The part is called a propeller bore sleeve. It literally just snaps into place. If you are able to remove the propeller then you are definitely most able to change the bore sleeve. Just pull the prop off, break up the old sleeve with a hammer and chisel, and snap the new one in place.
