If they didn't do the clutch I'd start asking why. I had a 2950 mfwd with a 265 loader and tuned up to 120 hp and did a clutch about every 5000 hrs. Your having a voltage drop in the start circuit. If it starts when you jump across the starter solenoid than the starter is OK. I do not think there is a relay in the factory circuit on the JD 2950. JD made a relay KIT for many of the tractors.
