UWorld is literally like 99% similar to AAMC but it explains everything so much more better than AAMC does, so questions are generally the same in terms of format, thinking etc. And it can be a bit more harder than AAMC sometimes, as well.

I haven't taken any AAMC official material, because my test isn't until August 18th, but I've been doing Uworld (which I've read is somewhat harder than AAMC material) and have been getting ~90% on them. I found UWorld frustrating in the beginning. For me, I found UWorld to be an excellent resource for consistent practice months out from the test date. Yes it is harder, but it’ll help you improve immensely. Once you get closer to your test date, say 1.5 months in advance, I’d switch to exclusively AAMC material.
