The only solution that I found that works is to push the reset button on the side of the small power supply box to the ONT. I can't eplain why this works while unplugging the box and plugging it back in does not work, but it solves my issue every time.Honestly it's because they're only required by law to replace it for a year from the start of your contract, whether with Verizon or frontier.
