Do i have to kill blaidd.
I definitely hate the idea that Ranni had the black knives try to kill Iji and Blaidd. It doesn't make much sense and honestly is lame. I think the black knives came looking for Ranni and couldn't find her so they attacked Blaidd (but he killed them attempting to protect her) and they killed Iji, her war counselor.
A baleful shadow disguised as Blaidd (which is the one you fight at the entrance to the Lake of Rot) also attacked Rannis Rise causing Iji to lock up the real Blaidd thinking he succumbed to the curse put on him.
