I'd guess Form 1ing your own lower will get done quicker though. build your own you can electronic file form 1 and have your SBR stamp in a month. buy a factory SBR have to file form 4 and wait over a year....id just buy a 16" DD and switch the barrels. Buy the pistol version (DDM4 V7P) and Form 1 it.
