Also, Daeran's dialogue is awesome. Sosiel buffed with Cleric spells is not mediocre melee-wise. Not by a long shot. And a lot of people are talking about late game, but when a new spell level first opens to Daeran, he gets very few spells immediately. So i diped into monk and all other into bard with weapon finesse & mythic, so his hit and dmg rolls scale off dex. Yeah with mage armor he has >35 ac. Can be buffed with other buffs >40 ac.
