This build is specifically built with RTWP in mind. I used it and still had a blast, pun intended, but Kinetic Blade was a waste. It doesn't work properly in turn based mode. This build also doesn't really care about mythic path so use it with anything. Depends on how you define 'best'. If you're talking about the ability to just non-stop nuke, kinetecist is likely the best choice simply because they never run out and mostly focus on spamming and modifying that one nuke.
