My RE said he likes to see at least 36 hours for those first few days after implantation. Of course, there is a range, and of course 2 days can be ok. And yes, lots of factors can change how dark a line shows, including how our individual bodies metabolize. With my one living child, her HCG went from 15 at 9DPO to 75 by 11DPO.
