Not even turn over. Once I started the bunk heater and the apu, it warmed the cab to over 32°f. Hit the key and it fired right off.

Hello forum members I'm looking at a small motor home which uses the Maxxforce 7 diesel engine. 215 hp 560 ft lbs (small) I need some help with regard to the dependability of the engine and what applications is it currently being used. Repeat injector failures Maxxforce 7 aka 6.4L powerstroke. This failed #2 injector in Aug 2021. Failed it This again in Dec. 2021. Failed a 3rd time last week. A competent shop much closer to the customer replaced the first two. When the third one failed it was brought to us. We load tested the wiring.

Most likely your engine was made in 2012, probably has the older DPF, needs a new DPF and several ECM changes which have been made to enhance the DPF life. The newer DPF is less restrictive.
