If it’s not a manufacturer issue (hole or seam unraveling) the it is not covers by the company. this can’t be repaired. repairs are done mostly on seams that can be reinforced but not holes or tears in the middle of the fabric.

If it bothers you, return it. It’s clothing. Sometimes it has imperfections. Just pull on it, if the whole seam comes undone, bring it back. If it doesn’t budge, cut it off and move on.
