At one point this fall I was returning from a successful hunt with the factory MOA dial (without the stop) and noticed it was a few clicks off. I set it back to zero before I put it in the case.

The zero lock will not let the turret move past zero. . You have to take the cap off rotate it 180 degrees and put it back on. Now it will go down further. Once you zero it you put the cap back at zero and it wont dial further down past zero. Duh.
