K24z3 timing cover (modified) K24z4 headgasket,timing chain,guides. K20a2 head. K20a2 ckp sensor and pulser plate. K20a2 oil pump. the exhaust manifold is in the head - same on both the tsx and si. If you're trying to get rid of the integrated exhaust manifold setup, the tsx isn't going to help in that area.
