When the Conrad asked for the name of the travel agent that booked the reservation (surprise, it's not Traveluro), they had to "escalate" the question to a supervisor and they somehow couldn't supply the name.

Edit: Travelfro.com. I wouldn't. Even if they're not a straight up scam, it's always always always better to book flights directly with the airline instead of with a third party company. Search this sub for hundreds of examples of why third party companies are a huge gamble and can end up costing you tons of money.
