NBME's are not predictive nor are they representative of the exam at all. They are a good test of knowledge but are nothing like the real exam in terms of both question length and question style. Rely on free 120's as main indicator of readiness. try and be at the average score or above for uworld 40 random timed blocks. the higher the better.
