AR1 doesn't mean much. Some individuals get their case "actively reviewed" literally the very next day from filing, some get it couple days before their approval. Usually the AR2 is when it matters. I'm in the same position… filled i130 for mother on 5/22, case actively reviewed since that same day. Estimated time has varied throughout the past months but last week it said "1 week" and now it changed to "taking longer than expected " so i don't even know what to expect at this point.
