Both mowers are within $100 of each other price wise so I think that would tip the scale in favor of the mower with the ZT-3100.My guess is they believe the 4400 to handle this specific mower comparable to the 5400 with less cost involved. It may well be that by implementing the 4400 instead of the 5400 they could maintain a better price, or at least hold the price at the same level instead of increasing.
