In no particular order of course but it's good to have all your class gems for every class be the same element. If you have pyro/cc/cg/bb on every class you will be perfect. 1. If not, you’ll need to buy empowered gem boxes or craft them in the shadow crafting bench. The crafting cost is one lunar soul per box, so you’ll want to get your 18 souls every week from opening shadow caches in delves.
