Hey guys I saw a few people asking how to do this, I've found one solution so far. The settlement's build area radius is the same as a player base, 300u. If you build a player base 301u+ from settlement center you can use known build radius extensions to encroach into the settlement, even up to another 700u through and beyond if you're so daring.There are a large number of settlement features that you can have associated with your settlement, but only 6 can be active at any given time. The way you select these is by making choices during settlement decisions related to citizen requests, citizen disputes, new arrivals, construction opportunities, and policy decisions.
