I checked and the door closes properly and the only way to stop the beeping is to turn off the power to the sliding doors from the dashboard.
I still get the door buzzer so I push the close buttons down and the buzzer goes a way after I push the driver side. After a block or two and buzzer comes on again. I pull over, opens the driver side sliding door and close it again. Drove it around again, the buzzer comes on again.
