Apr 13, 2022 · 2020 Subaru Legacy 2.5, 6,500 OCI, Kirkland 0w20, Fram Ultra. This was 2.5 quarts of Kirkland 0w20 SP and a 2 quarts of Kirkland 0w20 SN-Plus if I remember correctly and a an XG7317 Fram Ultra. First start/stop system refused to cooperate and is not working at all. Next problem audio/gps/phone screen is getting frozen from time to time and i have to restart it to get it working.1) evacuating the system. 2) replacing the compressor and receiver dryer. 3) installing fresh R-134a and compressor oil (if not pre-installed) The compressor is basically splash fed with oil which breaks over time. CV axle popped out of the transmission. The mechanic says the replacement boot was installed improperly. Two months ago, I took my 2017 Crosstrek into the dealer for new brakes. They informed me that the left lower ball joint also needed to be replaced. When doing the replacement, the tech damaged the CV Boot.
