It can occur as soon as around 8 weeks pregnant, but is unusual. Diluting the urine, will produce a positive test if this is the case.

Your best bet is to use a FRER or any other pink test to check the darkness (although I've had good luck with Clearblue as well). Also, remember that hormones typically double every 48hrs or so, so you may be within this window (thus your tests look the same). You should take another test.
