Oil Separator CCV and DPF replacement warning. I am really happy with my 2018 6.7 F350, but wondering if it is really a truck to keep for the long haul. At under 41K miles its on its 3rd DPF. Apr 9, 2008 · I installed the AGR Ford Super pump. It's for 99.5-2004 7.3L PSD. It costs $240 at autozone and you don't pay shipping. It is basically a OEM pump that has been rebuilt by AGR and has a new support bracket, mounting bracket and larger resivoir and puts out 1500psi at 4GPM which is substantially better than the OEM pump.

Usually when raw oil is coming out the exhaust it means oil is not being burned in the combustion chamber and lead to oil leaking AFTER the combustion chamber i.e. turbo problems. Now if you are low on oil and its blue smoke then 99% its the injector o rings. At idle should be in the 60-70 psi range, and should never drop below 48 psi, as injector damage will occur. If not already installed, the OEM Blue Spring for the fuel pressure regulator will help increase fuel pressure, but not sure if it will help enough under load.
