I dont know about a micro dagger 22, but i know one of the concept guns for this year at shot is a .22 compact, which makes a 22 lr gun off of the basic Dagger compact, which is G19 sized. I think i would like that gun a lot with a 15 round magazine. it may be coming very soon!
