It is also packed with high-end trading tools that not only ease the process but help increase the potential yield. OANDA also offers a variety of forex trading. Just wanted some feedback from recent traders on OANDA since I assume the platform has changed significantly over the last 5 years. I know they are under the regulatory environment in Canada so I don't see any major issues. Any feedback on latency, spreads, money in/out, practice accounts, reliability, customer service, etc. would be helpful.

It entirely depends upon your trading strategy and preferences. Oanda provides good execution and doesn't require any minimum deposit for personal accounts while FXCM lays down a minimum deposit requirement of $50. All withdrawals are also processed by Oanda within 1 day while FXCM takes 3-4 working days. Both are solid.

Oanda's platform is java based or something and a waste of time.
