Honda crv rattling noise when driving.

I found that it was the seat, by thumping the upper portion of the seat in such a way that would send it towards the door/window, and then back towards me. The seat seems to have a rattle effect from left to right.The tires wore down to the "wear bars" at about 38.5K miles and still noisy. We are relatively moderate drivers, easy on the gas, brakes and turns, and about an equal mix of highway driving and local. We replaced them with Michelin Premier LTX.
